Who we are

Apptechhub Global Limited is responsible for the personal information collected through apptechhubglobal.com. For this website, we act as the data controller.

This notice covers our company website and enquiries. Individual Apptechhub products, client applications and contracted services may have separate privacy notices and agreements.

Information we use

• Enquiries: your name, email address and message, plus your company and service interest if supplied. We receive subsequent correspondence if you continue the conversation.
• Technical and security information: network address, browser and device information, requested pages, request timing and security-verification results processed by our hosting and anti-abuse providers.
• Optional analytics: browser identifiers, pages visited, referring website, general device and approximate location information, and limited events such as starting an enquiry or submitting one accepted by our sending service. Acceptance does not confirm inbox delivery.
• Privacy choices: your analytics preference, the notice version and the time of your choice, stored in this browser.

The form identifies required fields. We need your name, email address and message to respond through it. Company and service selection are optional. You can also contact us directly by email. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information in a general enquiry.

Why we use it

• Responding to enquiries and discussing projects: to take steps you request before a contract, or for our legitimate interest in responding to business communications, depending on the enquiry.
• Running and protecting the website: our legitimate interests in providing a reliable service, preventing abuse and investigating technical problems.
• Measuring visits and enquiries: only with your consent to optional analytics. Refusing or withdrawing consent does not prevent you from browsing or contacting us.
• Legal matters: where necessary to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

These are the grounds we rely on where applicable data-protection law requires a lawful basis. We do not use an enquiry as consent to unrelated marketing. This website does not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Who processes information

Information is handled by the people responsible for responding to enquiries and by service providers needed to operate this website:

• Vercel hosts the website and runs its enquiry endpoint. Hosting and security processing can include technical request data.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks interactions and browser signals on enquiry pages to help prevent automated abuse.
• Resend processes enquiry contents and contact information to deliver messages to our inbox.
• Apptechhosting provides the mailbox used to receive and manage correspondence.
• Google Analytics processes optional website measurement only after permission. Our implementation excludes enquiry names, email addresses, company names and message contents, strips query strings and fragments from reported page addresses, and reports only the referring website’s origin. Advertising features are disabled.

We do not sell information collected through this website or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and address misuse. Links to clients, partners and product websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

International processing

We are based in Ghana. Some providers process information in other countries, including the United States. For example, Resend stores message content and delivery data in the United States. Provider privacy and processing terms describe their locations and arrangements.

International transfers are subject to applicable data-protection requirements. Depending on the destination and service, these can require recognised safeguards such as approved standard contractual clauses. Contact info@apptechhubglobal.com for information about the provider arrangements relevant to your enquiry or a request for applicable safeguards. Your analytics choice is not a blanket waiver of data-protection rights.

How long information is kept

• Enquiries and correspondence: while needed to answer the enquiry and manage any resulting relationship, and where needed for legal, accounting or dispute obligations. The relevant purpose, relationship and legal requirement determine the period. A form submission is not subject to an automatic mailbox-deletion timer.
• Email delivery: Resend’s published policy retains email and delivery-log data for 30 days on its standard plans, with backups persisting for seven days. This is separate from copies in our mailbox. See Resend’s retention information for its current details.
• Google Analytics: user-level and event-level retention is set to two months, with the reset on new activity disabled. Google applies changes after 24 hours and deletes expired data on a monthly cycle. This setting does not limit retention of standard aggregated reports.
• Browser choices and analytics cookies: up to 180 days, as explained in our cookie policy.
• Hosting and security records: retained according to the provider’s operational and security requirements; these are separate from the browser-storage periods.

Where information must be retained, a deletion request may be limited to what we can lawfully remove. We will explain relevant exceptions. Backups may remain until their normal replacement cycle.

Your rights and requests

Depending on the law that applies and the circumstances, you may request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

We will assess and respond within the applicable legal timeframe, explain any permitted extension or limitation, and use only proportionate information to verify a request. We will not deny ordinary website access because you exercise a privacy right.

For Ghana, you can contact or complain to the Data Protection Commission. If EU/EEA or UK data-protection law applies, you may also complain to your relevant supervisory authority, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office where appropriate. Other local rights remain available where applicable.

To stop optional analytics in this browser, use Cookie settings. This removes our analytics cookies and blocks further measurement. It does not itself delete information already received by Google.

Security and younger visitors

The website uses HTTPS, server-side enquiry validation and anti-abuse verification. Enquiry contents are not intentionally written to application diagnostic logs or sent to analytics. No internet service can guarantee complete security. Report a privacy or security concern to info@apptechhubglobal.com; please avoid including unnecessary personal information.

This business website is not directed to children, and we do not seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has supplied information, contact us so we can review and handle it appropriately.

Changes to this notice

We update this notice when our services or practices change and show the revision date above. Material changes to optional tracking purposes require a new choice before that tracking starts. Continuing to browse is not consent to analytics.
